I’ve led nonprofit teams, produced podcasts, reported on education, built communities, and coached young athletes. The settings change, but the throughline doesn’t: working alongside people to make something they care about happen.

Why I started adva
I'm at my best bringing ambitious ideas to life: the kind that have served hundreds of thousands of people, won awards, and sparked national conversations. I pair operational rigor with clear, compelling communication, so plans don't just look good, they gain momentum.
Some days that means helping a nonprofit nail its five-year strategy. Other days it's supporting a public figure through a high-stakes moment, or building the operations that let a startup scale.
Every time, I bring the same three things: genuine care, hard-won experience, and a deep belief that small, deliberate actions make the biggest waves.
