I’ve spent my career leading big, complicated, and fun projects: shaping national conversations on education, leading talent and strategy for acclaimed nonprofits, scaling schools, running successful startups, and producing award-winning podcasts. I like building things, working with people, and finding ways to make everything a little better than it was before.

My expertise lies in bringing ambitious visions to life – the kind of visions that have served hundreds of thousands of people, won prestigious awards, and sparked national discourse. I pair operational rigor with clear, compelling communication to build momentum, align people around shared goals, and drive transformational change for mission-driven organizations and individuals.

I earned my BA in Urban Studies and Sociology from the University of Pittsburgh (hail!) and my MSW from the University of Michigan (hail, again!). I am a SHRM-SCP and certified in Mental Health First Aid Response.

After living in seven states with 23 different addresses, I now call Brooklyn home. Between the middle school lacrosse team I coach and my six-year-old Dalmatian, I average 20k steps a day and receive at least three judgmental looks before lunch.
